Do's

1	Cover your nose and mouth with disposable tissue or handkerchief while coughing or sneezing.
2	Frequently wash your hands with soap and water.
3	Use sensitizer.
4	Avoid crowded places.
5	Those having influenza must stay home.
6	Take adequate sleep and rest.
7	Drink plenty of water.

1	अपनी नाक और मुँह को ढक कर रखें। खांसते वक्त मुँह पर रुमाल को रखें।
2	साबुन/पानी से बार बार हाथ धोए।
3	हाथों को साफ़ रखने के लिए सेन्सिटिज़ेर का इस्तेमाल करें।
4	भीड़-भाड़ वाली जगह से दूर रहे।
5	जिन्हें खाँसी/जुक़ाम हो वे घर पर ही रहे बाहर न निकले।
6	खूब आराम करे और अच्छी नींद ले।
7	काफी मात्रा में पानी पिये।

National Girl Child Day (India)

Every year on 24th January National Girl Child Day is observed. It was started by the Ministry of Women & Child Development (Govt. of India) in 2008.

The aim is to spread awareness among people about the difficulties, inequalities girls face in the Indian society. 
The theme of the day is 'Save The Girl Child'. 
Social awareness programs are held across the country to spread the message. 
In year 2019 the day was celebrated with the theme 'Empowering Girls For A Brighter Tomorrow'

राष्ट्रिय बालिका दिवस (भारत)

भारतीय समाज बेटियों के लिए आज भी भेदभाव रखता है। देश के लोगों को बेटियों के प्रति संवेदनशील बनाने के लिए और समाज में बेटियों को बराबरी का हक़ दिलाने के लिए 24 जनवरी 2008 में महिला और बाल विकास मंत्रालय (भारत सरकार) ने राष्ट्रिय बालिका दिवस की शुरुआत की थी। 

इस दिवस को लड़कियों के प्रति भेदभाव के खिलाफ एक अभियान के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस दिन पुरे देश में जागरूकता कार्यक्रम किए जाते हैं। पिछले साल (2019) को इस दिवस पर एक नया नारा दिया गया था 'बेहतर कल के लिए लड़कियों को सशक्त बनाना'

VHF Dwarka started its journey on 23rd January 2018 with an aim to help children of deprived/under-privileged society by providing free education, computer training, Internet Facility & Stationary.

Our main focus is 'Girls Education'. We have miles to go and a lot is still to be done.

We are satisfied with our journey so far.
